This product from Costway appears to be a good quality heater. It looks to be well built, instructions are very well written and easy to follow. I had no issues during assembly and the initial start.I had a delivery issue though. Through this Costway was very responsive and helpful. As it turned out the issue was not Costway. The issue was Amazon misrepresenting the delivery time Costway could or does ship. Amazon sold it as 2 day delivery when in fact Costway ships FedEx standard delivery 3-5 days. It took 7 days to arrive with Amazon and FedEx being elusive, deceptive and outright untruthful about the shipping and delivery.I would recommend Costway as a seller. The product I received at this point has performed well.Br skeptical about FedEx and Amazon. Their Integrity is questionable.
