Great light weight sling hammock for our 25 lb. Beaglier puppy! We chose this style that is protected on all sides to guard against possible chewing damage.We bought a size large knowing that she has some growing to do and likes to stretch out when lying down relaxing! So glad we did because she would have outgrown the medium. Great product!I ordered this and it’s sturdy and extremely well built but I purchased one too large for my kennel.If you are looking for a raised bed that a dog can’t eat - this is it.Finally a doggy bed that can withstand my 2 large breeds at the same time!!! Very lightweight and extremely sturdy with durability. Definitely holds up. Only issue I came across was putting it together alone. Have two people assemble would be helpful.My babies love these raised beds. We got smaller ones and then got the larger ones when they out grew the smaller ones and donated them to our local shelter for some other fur babies to enjoy! I recommend these to ANY and EVERY oneI FINALLY found a pet bed that my pitbull won't chew through. So far it's lasted longer than anything I've bought in the past. I feel better that he's not sleeping on the bare floor....he's chewed every pillow, bed, blanket. But this one he hasn't been able to chew through.Very pleased with this bed. I had a cheaper one with plastic corners and my 65 pound dog jumped on it and the corner broke. The aluminum frame on this product is much stronger. My dog can jump on it all she wants. Very easy to assemble too.Two Rottweiler puppies chew through all of their beds except for these! We have one outside that will hold both their full grown weights and two inside smaller (max 150 lbs) that are so they each have their own. Great beds!Chew proof, easy to clean & not difficult to assemble.It was a bit of a bitch to assemble because the fabric was very tight. Once it was fully assembled, however, it was fantastic. Great quality and easy to clean, I recommend a mat on top of the canvas for warmth. Not sure how comfortable it is because I haven’t slept in the dog bed since I gave up drinking some years ago. The dogs seem to like it and my puppy hasn’t chewed it so I’d definitely vouch for the chew proof claim made by the manufacturer.My dog (Doberman) chews through EVERYTHING. He is not only strong but most annoyingly persistent & patient! If he can find a weak spot to take advantage of he will and he’ll nibble gently on it for hours until he manages to rip/break it slightly, then he destroys it. BUT we’ve had the bed a while now and I’m so relieved and excited to report that he hasn’t made a dent in it!!! Not the plastic mesh bed nor the metal frame, incredible! The idea of stashing the edges of the mesh inside the frame is genius and the inventor should be applauded. It makes it a bit of a ball ache to put together originally but it’s not too bad in the grand scheme and well worth the effort.The dog likes sleeping on it too ? He does like a blanket with it though.Would recommend this to my granny it’s that good!A last. A dog bed that my lab has not been able to chew and the fabric is strong too. Love the metal corners rather than plastic ones which my dog cannot chew! Had bed for a couple of months now and still as good as new. A big pricey but worth it!Do not let reviews about difficult assembling bed out you off. Despite concerns it was remarkably easy and quick to assemble on my own.Used daily by two boxer dogs (only meant for one dog but they prefer to share!)They have destroyed loads of beds but not even attempted to chew this one - the metal edge prevents chewing. Fab product.
