I rarely write reviews but I'm learning how important insightful reviews can be... I did plenty of research when I was searching for a fireplace insert that would allow me to build out an entire tv wall (as pictured, it used to be a blank wall and I purchased the fireplace roughly 2 years ago), I live in a condo so that was tricky on its own, this is one of the few if not the only that I came across that blew heat directly out rather than from the top. This allows the insert to actually be almost flush with the wall which was huge for me. Everything was as described and the quality is excellent.I accidentally dropped the remote for the fireplace and it landed on a bad angle causing it to break (which of course it still worked from manual input) I dreaded this and put it off for the summer, however within 25 mins of reaching out to the seller and offering to purchase a new remote, as it was my fault, they surprised me when they offered to send a new remote free of charge, which I received today and it works wonderfully! The color options are great, the sound is quiet when the heat is on and it produces great heat!
