Wow, first off the customer service before I even purchased the projector was beyond expectations. Alice was amazing and very patient with my concerns about getting the right lens and every email I sent her was responded to within a few minutes. The care that Laulgpoha put into protecting our custom made lens was above and beyond measure, they first protected the lens with three styrofoam hearts, then put it in a cylinder box that was protected by giant air bubbles that protected it through shipping. They sent me a video that detailed how to replace the lens and made everything easy to understand. Definitely worth every penny and will definitely be ordering again.
